CBT is a form of talking therapy that focuses on how your mind thinks towards certain thoughts, images, beliefs and attitudes, and explores how those thoughts impact the way in which you behave and deal with your emotions.   CBT is popular because it is a rather quick therapy course. Sessions last about an hour per week and usually continue for a course of 6 months. CBT has a very positive track record in helping those affected by anxiety, depression and anger.
